Boost Law of Attraction Results Using Your Inner Guidance System!

Posted in Self Improvement by editor

You have the remarkable powers of your mind and emotions that give you timely and precise feedback in your business when using the Law of Attraction. When you start to pay careful attention to how you are feeling about any situation or circumstance you will make the right decisions.

When you decide to listen to and follow your inner guidance system you will notice that you feel more vibrant and energetic. When you are feeling energetic or on top of your game you experience less resistance in your business.

When we ignore our feelings over a long period of time we start to have aches, pains and illness.

You will know if you have ignored your feelings over a long period of time because you just feel like there is something wrong. You have this feeling in your gut that things are out of whack. You’re thinking maybe foggy or unclear. You are out of harmony with your body. The more you ignore your feelings the more you attract things that you don’t want in your business.

Here is an insight to what is going on.

The Universe/God/Spirit is letting you know what is right for you and also what is wrong for you. Remember that Law of Attraction is all about vibes, which are moods or feelings. Your inner guidance system is a huge gift when it comes to the Law of Attraction. It is guiding you with your emotions. If you choose to listen to yourself whether it’s paying attention to your mind, emotions, or body, you will find out if you’re on the right track in your business.

If you are jumping up and down on the trampoline of happiness, joy, prosperity, and abundance, feeling high energy and vitality then you can stop reading.

But if you’re like most people and experiencing only some happiness, joy, prosperity, and abundance, then something is wrong. Your inner guidance system is the best GPS system you will ever find. It immediately tells you if you are on the wrong road, making the wrong turn, and going to the wrong place, and it’s free and available to us at all times, if we know how to listen to it.

When you start to pay attention to the pain or aches in your body, you will start to realize that you are receiving a message.

It might start with a small ache or pain here and there, and then it starts to progress. You start to feel like is this all there is in life or business?

You may be attracting less than ideal clients, situations, and opportunities. You start thinking that it is the economy, the banks, or someone or something is wrong outside of you, and that your business is out of your control. Very often, you’ll get upset with things or people that have nothing to do with the real issue. You’ll have a deep inner sense of discontent.

And that is perfect! This is where you can start to make change because you are ready. Remember, if you are jumping on the trampoline of happiness and abundance, you would never take any action to improve or change your situation. It’s only when you’re discontented for some reason that you have the inner motivation to engage in the outer behaviours that move you towards boosting your Law of Attraction results.

Listen to your inner thoughts and feelings and trust your GPS system. Focus on what you do want in your business.

Do the things that make you feel really happy inside and that will reflect in your outside results.

Here is something you can do right now.

Turn off your blackberry, Facebook, Twitter, iPod, or computer and sit with yourself for twenty minutes. Trust your inner feelings and decide that you will start to focus on the area of your business that is causing the most unhappiness. Mentally, make a list of the things you don’t want, and then write a list of what you do want in that area. Decide to spend 20 minutes a day focusing on that area of business exactly, precisely, specifically how you want it to be.

Smell it, taste it, feel it, hear it, and see it. Do that for the next 30 days and watch what happens!

5 Ways to Set Your GPS For Success

Posted in Self Improvement by editor

One event that never fails to happen when visiting my parents, naturally happened again over the holidays. It’s an event that causes chuckles and shushes from the backseat of the car as Mom and Dad yet again try and conquer the map directions in the front seat, with Dad driving and Mom navigating. And, I use both verbs loosely because no matter who is behind the wheel, they both “drive” and they both “navigate,” equally and at the same time. And, to add hilarity to the situation, last year they bought a GPS navigation system, named her Gertrude and figured “she” would bring peace and harmony to their journeys because Gertrude would carry the navigation burden.

But, no! Somehow they found a way to second guess Gertrude as they settled back into their tug of war bliss. I say bliss because my parents have been happily married for 50 years and these self-imposed front seat Bickersons are a part of their dance. It’s hard to imagine going anywhere with them, without being an amused witness to it. Oh, and in the end, lovely, consistent Gertrude hardly ever steers them wrong!

It got me thinking about clear goal-setting in terms of a GPS system. When you set a goal it’s like plugging the destination coordinates into your GPS, and then the map will guide you along on the most direct and uncomplicated route.

Your “map” is made up of the plans you make and the steps you take to hit your goal. And, what’s so compelling about the entire GPS idea is that when you get off course or stop for gas, or take a detour, your reliable GPS system recalibrates and sets you back on track toward your destination.

It’s a wonder how smart those little buggers are, from telling you not only your speed but the current speed limit, to giving you the temperature, to giving you an estimated time of arrival.

Smart!

Keep this in mind as you assert smart goal-setting this year:

Determine a main goal for each area of your life: career, health, relationship, and spiritual.

Give yourself a deadline, putting the date on your calendar. The more specific you are about writing down your goals the more realistic and REAL they become. And, give yourself a true and reachable deadline, yet allow yourself to stretch beyond your current boundaries.
Now break each end objective down into quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily goals. When you figure backwards from the end destination it makes for smart planning so you don’t end up short, running out of time or trying to cram too much into your plan.

Allow yourself room to sway off course for fresh opportunities that cross your path. Keeping your eyes open for alternative ways to get to your goal may actually get you there quicker or in a bigger and better way than you first imagined. And, here’s where your smart GPS system comes in. As long as you keep it set on your goal your plan will recalibrate you right back in onto your path.
Enjoy the journey. How dull would a trip to the Grand Canyon or Yosemite be without taking time to enjoy the view along the way? Remember to breathe and relish in small victories as well as the bumps in the road that you’re bound to encounter.

That’s the good stuff!

The final step once you set your career and life GPS is to let go and trust. I’m sure if Gertrude could talk that is what she would tell my parents. “Trust me!” Once your smart plan is set in motion, trust your plan and let go of trying to place too much control over it. Let your smart GPS guide you.

Margaret Thatcher said, “Plan your work for today and every day, then work your plan.” Worked for Britain’s PM, it’ll work for you too.

5 Life Lessons Your GPS System Can Teach You

Posted in Self Improvement by editor

Last week as I was driving to the airport I began to think about the Global Positioning System in my car. I noticed how patient Ken was. Ken is the voice setting that gives me directions. Before long I had to make a detour that took me in the opposite direction to the airport. I then noticed that Ken didn’t start a tantrum, or shout at me, but calmly asked me to change direction, repeatedly, until I was back on track. This started me thinking….

1. It’s a fact that wherever you drive, your GPS knows exactly where you are, and this is true in life as well.

We all have our place in the world, albeit many roles. You may be a parent, a worker, or maybe a student, but at the same time you are you. Each one of us is a unique individual and has a valuable place in this world. Just think about it. Your GPS shows you exactly where you are, and no one else is in that particular spot, and this is true in life, you alone are the only person to fulfil your role in this lifetime.

2. The truth is that as you move through life you take yourself with you. Just like the GPS, you can run, but you can’t hide.

Many people believe that things will get better if they move house, move state, move country or drastically change their lifestyle. However, very often they fail to realize that they take themselves with them. Their personality, their beliefs, their habitual actions all stay with them and before long the situation they have moved away from is recreated once again. It makes sense doesn’t it to take a look at your intrinsic values and beliefs, and examine them and correct them before taking any drastic measures?

3.

Many of us find it difficult to keep on track when we start moving in a new direction, whether it be losing weight, or beginning a new avenue of learning. It is so true that we start out enthusiastically, and then we get distracted away from our objectives, and before long the goals we are aiming for gradually fade away. This often makes you angry at yourself or others and can end in you giving up on a dream. Ken never has this problem. He simply moves back on track. Your GPS knows that with a few turns you can soon be heading in the right direction.

I encourage you to take this lesson on board. There is no need to beat your-self up when you slip off track, simply stay calm and move right back on the correct path. Remember, that however many times you veer off you always have the option to move back and achieve the outcome you desire.

4. All of us tend to let our thoughts wander as we drive along, very often we go for miles on automatic pilot without having any idea of where we are. Isn’t it so true of life as well? Ken, on the other hand, always knows where he is and what is happening around him.

He is focused and aware. If you find yourself going through life in this automatic mode, then you are missing out on being truly alive. From now on, why not use your car GPS or even your mobile phone GPS as a catalyst to remind yourself to live in the moment. When you practice mindfulness, even for a few minutes at a time, your life becomes calmer; you feel peaceful and start to think more clearly.

5. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have a real Ken in your life, to give you guidance when you start to slip off the track? Sometimes we get pigheaded and think we know best without considering any impartial points of view.

All of us have people in our lives who would be happy to give us a new perspective. This doesn’t mean you have to take their advice. Like Ken my GPS, he often takes me along the major highways when I know that there is a short cut through a back street that will bring me to my destination sooner. Alternatively, sometimes you meet with some road works, and you have to ignore the GPS for a time and go a longer way around. Bear in mind what other people, books or courses have to say and then either follow that advice or decide your own direction.

At least then you know that you have considered other points of view, and therefore, you are making an informed decision.

From now on, my wish is for you to remember these lessons each time you notice or hear your GPS system and that it may just give you the push to continue on to achieve your dreams.
